Hoi Leong is concurrently a member of Mistletoe, a collective impact community of innovators and entrepreneurs in making positive social impact. With his interest in learning and education, he works with a range of education and technology startups across multiple countries, exploring how to create better learning environments.

Hoi Leong graduated with a Master’s in interdisciplinary information studies from the University of Tokyo, and had about 10 years of career in the Singapore Public Service.
